PROBLEMS FACED BY STRAY ANIMALS IN COVID-19 The lockdown has affected all of us but has a very big impact on the stray animals and birds, specifically near the markets and near corporate setups. Already life of a stray animal is very hard as they get bad treatment from people around them which may even turn to physical & sexual abuse many times. They don’t receive love and care generally as most of the time all they have come across is human cruelty, hatred and torture. They receive very less food to just survive but Covid-19 have created more hunger and other issues in these animals. PEOPLE'S BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS STRAY ANIMALS In our busy lives, we never give a second thought to the little creatures, such as cats and dogs, wandering around our neighborhood . We consider it routine and nothing of significance. Sometimes, it is the bark of a dog or a chilling cry of a cat that grabs our attention but because it doesn’t make any difference to our lives, we forget about it the next moment. What we forget is that, we, as humans, have a responsibility to help, care and pay attention to the needy and helpless creatures who depends on us. JUST BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO WHERE TO GO,      IT DOESN’T MEAN THEY ARE WORTHLESS. Life as a stray is very difficult and brings about lot of harshness and need of survival.
